Pissed off.

Was only given 10 minutes for my entire presentation, and the whole time I was being hurried along being told "you're running out of time". This caused me to feel very flustered.

Simon seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying, and was trying to get involved in my thought process and how I felt about the course, but then Danny Kaye couldn't stop talking about the time, just going "yeah, next, come on. OK yeah I get it, come on just click past all this". Really, really lame. And, yes, I know they were running late, but why is that my problem?

My presentation wasn't that strong, but I felt like I had no chance. I've read other blogs where people have had 20 minutes--this is also what I was told I would have. Maybe next time the lecturers could be a little more accurate with the brief of the presentation.

Edit - I've just gone through a few old messages where we were given advice of preparing a presentation of "10-12 minutes". This *was* sent out in time for my presentation, but this is not what I was told when I first heard about the presentation. Like I say, I've checked a few other blogs of people who think they had that amount of time as well.

Hey. It sucks that Danny was hurrying you along like that! Which presentation was it? I heard he does it quite often too... lame! What pathway were you in then and how did you do? Jonathan
